Myriam has never been interested in understanding only one part of a business. She wants to know how the whole thing works: how people think, how decisions move, how money behaves, how culture forms, how operations carry pressure, and why some organizations expand while others fracture under the same weight.
That instinct has taken her across disciplines, cultures, philosophies, and ways of seeing the world. Over time, it became the lens through which she understands companies: not as collections of departments, systems, or people, but as living architectures whose visible outcomes reveal an invisible order beneath them.
Her gift is recognizing that order.
She sees the structure beneath the noise, the relationship beneath the symptom, and the pattern connecting leadership, operations, economics, and results. What appears fragmented to others often reveals itself to her as one system asking to be understood.
The record behind the work
From the owner’s side of a private club renovation, to billing and work-in-progress at a utility contractor, to cash flow at a general contractor whose field work was almost entirely subcontracted. Every role taught the same lesson: with the right structure, a company can carry far more than it seems.
